*Shampoo hair at least twice a week*
*Use a good deep moisturizing conditioner after every shampoo*
*Use a leave-in conditioner*
*Be sure to have ends trimmed every four to six weeks*

From Virginia Beach: Take I-264(Norfolk/Virginia Beach) toward I-264/I-64/I-264W(Norflok/Richmond). Get on ramp heading towards I-64W/Newtown Road/Military Highway. Keep left on ramp. Exit 14A-Keep left on ramp. Exit 13B-Keep left on ramp. Exit 13A-Take ramp onto S. Military Highway towards Military Highway. Turn left on Auburn Drive.
From Norfolk: Take I-264 towards I-264/I-64/ Virginia Beach). At exit 13-14 take ramp heading towards I-64W/Newtown Road/Military Highway/Chesapeake. Take ramp onto S. Military Highway towards Military Highway. Turn left on Auburn Drive.
